Maria Maragkou

Maria has been a leader in the global quantum computing industry for over a decade. As Vice President Commercial at Riverlane, her focus is on accelerating quantum computing by developing quantum error correction technology that can be tested, adapted and implemented in any qubit and systems architecture.

Maria has built partnerships with over 50% of the world’s leading quantum hardware companies. Maria has a PhD in Physics from the University of Southampton, did post-doctoral research on single photon source, and earned an MBA from Kedge Business School. She previously worked as an Editor at Nature Materials.
