Diversity & Inclusion
We are committed to building a diverse workforce and creating and maintaining an inclusive working environment.
We follow best practices regarding diverse and inclusive recruitment approaches and appreciate and celebrate diversity, including several cultural events throughout the year. Our major current focus is on increasing the number of women at Riverlane. Although 32% of our workforce identifies as female - higher than the 25% national average in tech roles - we aim to reach 40% by 2025.
"Inclusion is how we unleash the power of diversity - it is at the core of who we are at Riverlane."
We truly believe that diversity drives innovation. We strive to foster belonging and empowerment and listen and engage with our diverse team. Our commitment to these values is resolute, and they are central for our mission and impact.
Our goal is towards greater representation across genders, ethnicities and backgrounds. Everyone is welcome at Riverlane, and we want you bring your authentic self to work, knowing that you will be valued and respected.
