We follow best practices regarding diverse and inclusive recruitment approaches and appreciate and celebrate diversity, including several cultural events throughout the year. Our major current focus is on increasing the number of women at Riverlane. Although 32% of our workforce identifies as female - higher than the 25% national average in tech roles - we aim to reach 40% by 2025.
