We want to learn more about you, your job motivations and how well you align with our values. The interview also gives us a chance to answer your questions about the role and what it's like to work at Riverlane.

Our hiring managers want to understand more about your technical skills and experience and what you can contribute to the role. They will also provide more details about the role and answer any questions you may have.
30 min
To help us assess your technical capabilities, we will give you one week to solve a role-specific technical challenge. Feel free to ask questions along the way!
1 week
You've made it to the end of the process! Your final interview takes place at our Cambridge office or via Zoom, introducing you to some of our technical team and a senior staff member. We'll ask you to discuss your submitted solutions to the technical challenge, and the team will dig deeper into your skills and experience.
