Flexible working

Getting face-to-face is something we value and is essential for our roles and to support our growth. We operate a hybrid working policy, with staff in the office at least three days a week, with the option to work two days from home.

Many of our staff work flexibly in other ways, including part-time, We also offer relocation assistance. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility and support you need.

Application process

This is very much a two-way process - a chance for you to learn more about the role and Riverlane and for us to find out about you and your work experience.

Our recruitment process is transparent and relaxed. You can expect the following:

HR interview

We want to learn more about you, your job motivations and how well you align with our values. The interview also gives us a chance to answer your questions about the role and what it's like to work at Riverlane.

Technical interview

Our hiring managers want to understand more about your technical skills and experience and what you can contribute to the role. They will also provide more details about the role and answer any questions you may have.

Skills challenge

To help us assess your technical capabilities, we will give you one week to solve a role-specific technical challenge. Feel free to ask questions along the way!

1 week

04
Final interview

You've made it to the end of the process! Your final interview takes place at our Cambridge office or via Teams, introducing you to some of our technical team and a senior staff member. We'll ask you to discuss your submitted solutions to the technical challenge, and the team will dig deeper into your skills and experience.
