The annual UK National Quantum Technologies Showcase, organised by the Knowledge Transfer Network, took place on Friday 6 November 2020 as a key event in the quantum industry calendar. The virtual event, which is usually held in London, was packed with insightful talks, 75 exhibitors, and a record 1,200 delegates registered to attend. The event showcased the UK’s top companies and collaborative projects working towards the commercialisation of quantum computing.

Riverlane hosted a virtual booth to a live audience of over 100 people, to demonstrate the early building blocks of Deltaflow.OS, a radically new operating system for error corrected quantum computers. The team outlined the components and benefits of the product, and viewers were then shown a demonstration of how a Rabi-Oscillation programme written in Deltaflow would run on an ARTIQ-emulator, followed by a Q&A session. The showcase was the first time that our product had been introduced to the outside world.

If you missed the event, or would like to see it again, you can watch the demonstration video of Deltaflow.OS on our YouTube channel.

You can also read more about Riverlane's presence at the annual National Quantum Technologies showcase in 2022, where we demonstrated the world's first scalable quantum error decoder as a component part of Deltaflow.OS.
