You will join our cross-disciplinary team of software/hardware developers, mathematicians, quantum information theorists, computational chemists and physicists – all world experts in their fields. Our collaborative, close-knit team has a track record of delivering high-quality R&D across the full quantum stack. About the role
You will become an expert user in our control system, Deltaflow Control. Build control systems, guide development and work with labs worldwide, integrating our product into the most advanced quantum computing hardware available.
Given our products’ ground-breaking nature, we operate in a fast-moving and dynamic fashion. As a result, everyone in the Engineering and Application teams works with our Product Team to define mid-term and long-term goals to best shape our products.
What you will do
Working as part of a flexible Engineering team, you will drive the integration of our product, Deltaflow Control, at the customer site. As part of your role, you will:
Build bespoke control software.
Write Deltaflow Control applications, e.g. quantum benchmarking.
Collaborate with users on cutting edge quantum control.
Become an ambassador of our product.
Collaborate with users to develop new product features.
Identify the best strategy to maximize users satisfaction.
Understand customers codebase and applications
What we need
A Master/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related discipline from a top university
Strong lab experience with one of the following quantum technologies: Ion Traps, Superconductive
Experience with coding in Python and/or C++
Ability to work independently and communicate to the team efficiently
Experience in Debugging complex systems via oscilloscopes, hardware devices etc.
