About the role

You will be working in close collaboration with our customers and quantum hardware partners to integrate our solutions, Deltaflow Control, in their lab.

Given our products ground-breaking nature, we operate in a fast-moving and dynamic fashion: everyone in the Engineering and Application teams work with our Product Team in defining mid-term and long-term goals to best shape our products.

What you will do

Working as part of a flexible Engineering team, you will drive the integration of our product, Deltaflow Control, at the customer site. As part of your role, you will:

  • Become an ambassador of our product
  • Support our customers in integrating our solution into their lab
  • Convert user requests into product features and report back their problems to the engineering team
  • Identify the best strategy to maximize users satisfaction.
  • Understand customers codebase and applications

What we need

  • A Master/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related discipline from a top university
  • Strong lab experience with one of the following quantum technologies: Ion Traps, Superconductive
  • Experience with coding in Python and/or C++
  • Ability to work independently and communicate to the team efficiently
  • Experience in Debugging complex systems via oscilloscopes, hardware devices etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
