We are currently entering an exciting phase at Riverlane. As we expand our teams in the UK and US, we want to strengthen our People team and are looking for a Recruitment Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support on a variety of recruitment and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience and will be looking for a high-growth challenge where they will gain wide exposure to all workings of a busy People team.
About the role
The People team’s goal is to recruit, develop and retain outstanding people who contribute to our vision of making quantum computers useful, sooner. The Recruitment Admin Assistant will ensure that we have solid foundations in place to achieve this goal.
We are looking for an efficient Recruitment Admin Assistant to undertake a variety of recruitment duties and manage all administration support. Working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support recruitment coordination and be responsible for the administration of both new and replacement roles.
The ideal candidate will already have experience of general administrative duties. You will be a vital part of our team and we will support the development of your knowledge, skills, and abilities to foster the development of your career in either recruitment.
What you will do
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver a wide range of recruitment related administrative tasks
Create new roles in our ATS system and initiate recruitment through the approval system
Advertise new roles, via online job boards, university job boards and social media, and utilise other channels where necessary
Meet and greet candidates, ensuring they receive a standout interview experience
Conduct Right to Work checks
Compile recruitment metrics
Schedule introductory meetings and onboarding assistance
Schedule training courses and events
Update HR documentation
Provide research support
Organise team lunches
Provide relocation assistance
Continuously seek to improve People processes
Assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects (20% of your time may be required on HR admin tasks)
What we need
Proven experience in an administrative position
Experience of prioritising tasks and working to tight deadlines
Exceptional communication skills with an organised approach to work
Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people
Highly motivated and hardworking, with energy and enthusiasm to achieve ambitious targets
Strong standard of integrity and confidentiality
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and Zoom
