You will join our cross-disciplinary team of software developers, mathematicians, quantum information theorists, computational chemists and physicists – all world experts in their fields. Our collaborative, close-knit team has a track record of delivering high-quality R&D across the full quantum stack. About the role
Working as part of a flexible Engineering group, you will help us improving our testing and cloud infrastructures. As part of your role, you will:
Identify how to optimally test our codebase on multiple platforms, providing valuable metrics to our Product Owners
Improve our build toolchain, leveraging cloud and distributed resources
Identify improvements and adjustments that we can apply to our codebase and development/testing practices
What we need
A Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Strong Experience (commercial or academic) with: Docker (Container, Compose, Hub), Makefile, CMake, Jenkins, Azure CI, Github and Github Actions
Proficient in writing scripts to automate flows (Unix focused)
Knowledge of scripting for Windows and Mac
Exposure to testing on Python (unittest) and to documentation generation (sphinx or equivalent)
An interest in quantum computing
