Quantum Control Engineer
Cameron is an experimental physicist from the UK with more than 4 years’ experience in silicon spin qubit design and measurement. He obtained a Masters in experimental physics from the University of York in the UK, specializing in spin chain modelling and quantum computation. He then pursued a PhD in solid state physics at CNRS Institut Néel in Grenoble, France, working with cutting-edge CMOS spin qubits in collaboration with industrial partner CEA-Leti. In particular, he specialized in low-frequency noise analysis and spin detection. Cameron is passionate about bringing large-scale quantum computation into the commercial sphere, and developing the tools to make that happen. In his spare time, he is a keen mountaineer and fiction author.
