Andrew Patterson

Quantum Scientist


Andrew is a Physicist with over 5 years’ experience in quantum algorithms. Andrew recently submitted his Phd in quantum algorithms for noisy devices at UCL and has previously pursued a career at the Bank of England, where he worked in the risk data team. Notably, Andrew was published in Physical Review Research while working towards his PhD and has completed the quantum stream of the Creative Destruction Lab.

Andrew is passionate about achieving quantum advantage on noisier devices as soon as possible.
